Databee provides personalised software support for each product. Our support service is provided in Australia through our local team of support, trainers and developers.
Phone support is provided Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm AEST.
A comprehensive library of User Guides is provided and updated for each new release, from Exam Exchange and Student Assist to Exams Paper Archive and Exams Manager to ensure our clients have the best resources available to them, while our forum provides an service for our users to ask questions and collaborate.
We also provide a blog on our resources page where we send updates to our users on known issues or ask questions and surveys to continue building functionality to suit our clients needs.
